A Sound Opportunity
Challenge:
Increased demand and explosive sales presented a problem for this leading manufacturer of consumer and pro audio products: positions to fill. Shure's HR Department needed a marketing partner to help them attract qualified candidates to an onsite event. And they needed it fast. When we were asked to join the team, the event was less than two months away.
Solution:
Working closely with the HR team and members of Shure's marketing staff, we:
Developed an identity for the event Created a brand image
Implemented an integrated campaign that included print, public relations, web, direct and e-mail communications
Created and produced the Inside Shure event graphics -literally dozens of signs, banners and posters
Result:
Inside Shure succeeded. Held on a wintry Saturday in the notoriously chilly Midwest, the meticulously planned event, including tours of Shure's R&D facilities, multimedia presentations, and one-on-one meetings with division managers and associates, attracted more than 500 qualified candidates. We were there, too, to make certain that our pieces were in place. Sure, there were a lot of late nights and weekends working to meet deadlines (including the Christmas holidays), but the ends justified the means. It isn't every day that our efforts result in wild embraces from our client partners.
